debian-wheezy-DI-b4-amd64-CD-1.iso on USB

The installer only found 2 storage devices:
sda (32 GB SSD)
sdb (4 GB USB memory stick with installer).

Expected it to find:
sda (32 GB SSD)
sdb (16 GB SD in internally USB connected slot, the target)
sdc (4 GB USB memory stick with installer)

Therefore, could not install wheezy to the target (which amd64 squeeze 6.0.6
was installed to with grub and has no trouble booting before or after failed
attempt at wheezy install).

Note that an additional partition was added to installer USB before this last
attempt to record installer debug info in this directory without adding
devices.
